We understand if you may want to cancel an order shortly after purchase.
The moment an order is placed, it enters our fast automated fulfillment process.
Shipping labels are printed automatically, your package starts being packed, and shortly after that it moves into sorting while waiting for the next carrier pickup.
This system helps us process and ship orders faster, but it also means we usually cannot pull an order back once it has entered the fulfillment flow.
Because of this, we usually cannot cancel orders after purchase, even if you contact us very soon after placing the order.
However, you are welcome to request a return once the package arrives. If the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, you can start a return review here:
