Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Because our fulfillment process starts quickly after an order is placed, we usually cannot change the shipping address once the order has entered processing.
Shipping labels are created automatically, the package is packed, and it is added to the next carrier pickup batch. This helps us ship orders as quickly and smoothly as possible, but it also means address changes are often not possible after purchase.

If the package cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, we may be able to help with discounted re-shipping. Depending on the order value and case, discounted re-shipping is usually between $9 and $29 USD.
