Snoresolvers sells hygiene-related products. For health and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the product is:

• unused
• unopened
• in its original packaging

Customers must open a return request before returning anything. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you purchased a special offer such as Buy 1 Get 3 Free or another bundle where extra units were included, all products from that offer must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return review. This is because the offer is sold as one bundle, and hygiene-related products cannot be restocked after opening.
