It feels too big

SnoreGrip is made in one universal size.

If it feels too big, there is a chance it is being used incorrectly.

You do not need to put your whole tongue inside the device. Only the tip of your tongue should go into the bulb.

Make sure:

• the V-shape is facing down
• the V-shape stays outside your mouth
• only the tip of your tongue is inside the bulb
• the suction is secure but comfortable

The size is also intentional for safety. A smaller device could increase the risk of swallowing or choking during deep sleep.
