No, SnoreGrip currently comes in one universal size.

The size is intentional for safety. A smaller version could create safety concerns, including a higher risk of swallowing or choking during sleep.

If it feels too large, make sure you are only placing the tip of your tongue inside the bulb. The V-shape should face down and stay outside your mouth.
