My tracking has not updated

Tracking does not always update immediately after a package leaves our fulfillment center.

This can happen when the package is between carrier facilities or waiting for the next carrier scan. In many cases, tracking may stay unchanged for 24-72 hours before movement appears.

If your order is still within the normal delivery window, this usually does not mean the package is lost.

For US orders:

  • Standard Line: 5-10 business days from the shipping date
  • Express Line: 2-5 business days from the shipping date

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
