How much suction should I use?

Too much vacuum pressure can feel uncomfortable, but too little pressure will cause SnoreGrip to fall off.

It is important to find a pressure that works for you, so that it stays in place but also remains comfortable.

Be patient. It may take a few tries to find the right pressure.
